HORRIBLE business. I had my taxes filed in FEB of this year and here it is 6 months later and I haven't received my taxes. I've stayed in contact with the company throughout this time and they have given me multiple "dead end" numbers related to the IRS to try and eliminate responsibility. After calling a number that THEY DIDNT give me, I found out my taxes were never properly sent out. And I've pleaded with the company to just RESEND THE DAMN taxes but they always insist on making an appointment with a so called "tax expert". The problem is that they have rescheduled on 2 separate occasions a day before the meeting, and then they NO SHOWED on my 3rd appointment. I hate this place, I will never refer a soul to this place. I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOU CRIMINALS!! THEY WONT EVEN CALL ME BACK!!!
I couldnt believe how unsure Jenna was while filing my taxes. I dont feel confident in their system and I now know that it is much easier to go online and do it yourself. And much much faster! So before you waste your time and money. Go online and E-file for youeself.
Third year here for us and it just keeps getting better and better every time. we are always treated with aloha and respect. Glen Morris is amazing! we walked in and he happened to be there on his day off. he chose to help us anyway. twice now he has saved us money (actually got money back) and helped us thru less than pleasant returns (i.e.: read difficult here). Jon pike helped us last year and he was also very good. LOVE the new location. very professional, nice offices. i highly recommend and will be back next year for sure.

This place has changed 100% in the last year. & Glenn is very experienced and it looks like his advice will save me thousands on my taxes this year. Elizabeth in reception is very welcoming and makes you feel immediately at home. I got an appointment the day of on a Saturday. I'm so glad I came in didn't listen to the other reviews here from a while back. Apparently the company has restructured completely since then and all the workers are new and very competent and friendly. Mahalo H&R Kona!
