This is my personal bank here in Kona where I come to get ATM Services as well as I can go inside get cash directly from my bank and as well as if you're a visitor from China or Australia or Canada they have a currency exchange
I have had nothing but great customer service at this bank. Great hours. Friendly people. You the people posting negative reviews... all I can say is just because your too broke ars' to keep an account ballance don't go blaming the bank. Not there fault you to dumb to understand fees and overdrafts.
I wouldn't even give this bank 1 star. They don't care about their clients or about service. Long wait lines and NOTHING IS FREE not even a printed copy of your statement is free. I am closing my account immediately. BANK OF HAWAI'I is the way to go!
Love that they are open 7 days a week. They do nickel and dime you for things an example would be they make you pay $20 for replacement debit cards. I had the magnetic strip wear our on my card 3 times and had to pay $60 for replacement cards.
