Dr. West is kind and compassionate family physician. Though u have to pay cash up front they fill out the insurance forms for u. Nice offices, clean, well kept, and friendly staff. My wife and infant son both had ear infections on vacation they saw us without an appointment and gave us great care. Highly recommend.
The staff was extremely pleasant I was treated quickly and efficiently. I didn't mind paying upfront and the cost was less than it would have been at my regular medical office. They will send in the Medicare paperwork to reimburse me. I'm glad Keauhou Urgent Care is there.
The staff was great. But, Its really expensive, and the doctor didn't pay much attention to my injury and gave me false assumptions.
Care and staff was great, no complaints and was seen quickly but was a big mistake to come here. I have insurance and having to pay $300 to remove a splinter I could not reach was every bit as painful as the splinter. Check out the other centers nearby, some accept insurance.
Your urgent care really how do you not take hmsa quest really gotta be stupid for no take that coverage. For real maybe you guys should start taking it so people can come in when they have a medical issue. So dumb never going back there rather take my damn chances at the hospital then there.
