Very helpful even when the store is very busy. Helped me with shipping a very large item and the item arrived at the destination packed safe and secure.
Young female staff member didn't smile or even acknowledge my 'hello,' or 'thank you have a nice night' after dropping off a package. Common courtesy is one of the first things I look for when giving an establishment any sort of positive rating.
I have concluded THEIR EMPLOYEES CANT READ. Two years in a row they shelved a package that’s 2nd day air, marked FOOD, marked PERISHABLE, marked DELIVER IMMEDIATELY. It happened last year, this weeks package came a week late, (dry ice completely melted) spoiled. So again another was mailed. It was due to be delivered yesterday & again we HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. I believe UPS hires complete incompetent employees.
