Stone Solutions sucks!! Sorry to be so forward, but I'm a high end electrician and work in million dollar homes day after day. So I know good work. Their work was poor and they leave a tornado of a mess behind them and don't even clean up. I had to ask them to clean up. Unexceptional!! When you leave someones house it should be like you were never there. I had to call them back to finish work they thought was done and to repair work that was done wrong. Stone Solutions really needs to open their eyes to customer service and cleanliness. I would not recommend them to anyone. They weren't even the lowest bid.
There's probably only one word to describe our experience with Stone Solutions INC., GREAT! The work was outstanding. From demolition, clean up, to the actual re-construction, tile setting and grouting, everything was done professionally. The sub contractors (plumbers/electrician) he recommended were all first rate and showed up as scheduled. As for the level of supervision, the owner of the company was there everyday over-seeing every aspect of the job, often making recommendations benificial to the overall project, whether it was structural or cosmetic. The crew he directly employs are true craftsmen and did everything to minimize the obvious disruptions to the home owner. I would hire Stone Solutions again without reservations and highly recommend them.
Christian and his crew installed granite counters in our entire new home (bathrooms, kitchen and computer work station) and did an exceptional job. He was on time, quick to respond to calls and emails, had good ideas in our half bath that we implemented, and made extra calls to find the one extra-large piece we needed for our kitchen. Now one year later the craftsmanship on the install was great and we have no issues with any of our granite. His workers were professional and courteous and everything was finished and cleaned up before they left for the day. Mahalo for providing such a professional and quality service on the Big Island!
Stone Solutions has done an excellent job with the work that they do. They were very customer orientated and easy to work with. Like their work and will highly recommend them!
A wonderful experience from picking out the stone in the warehouse to the installation! Christian was wonderful. Christian and his crew were very professional, clean, friendly, meticulous and patient with my wife taking many photos. Highly recommend this family owned and operated local business. As a matter of fact, my in-laws will be having their counter-tops installed by Stone Solutions based on our experience with them!
