This is my first experience using Fidelity. They have been slow in everything. If they say they will get back to you in an hour, they won't... just wait 2 days then call them.
Would not recommend these folk's !
Worst customer service EVER. We are mid-escrow and I'm not sure that Tia and her team have done anything except avoid responding to me...the buyer. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH! I am hoping that they will turn this around and I can report a better experience. Not holding my breath.
Terrible service from this branch office of the company. I am a retired real estate broker (on the Big Island) and I have to say that the service I have received from this office is the worst I have experienced in my over 20 years of selling real estate. I have done two personal escrows and they repeat their mistakes over and over. Apparently they are ill trained and cannot follow written escrow instructions. If it were possible to give a negative star rating I would do so. Avoid this office at all costs.
They don't honor the 14 days you and seller agreed to for closing. They pay so little attention to you that your money would be better spent elsewhere.
Growing a Koa tree may be quicker than Cody, and Tia !
