Aloha and buying a car was never easier!!! The staff was great and very helpful and if I ever need to get another vehicle it will be only from Roger and Ryan!!!
What a waste of time. Filled out an application on line and no one called to follow up on it. I called the dealership and Daniel he will work on the application. No follow up what so ever. At least have the common courtesy to call or text on a update. I even emailed the owner and no reply back. I called and left message and still no call. Not going to waste any more time.
Johny was awesome. My wife wanted a car she applied on line he had everything ready to just sign the papers... everything was already pre-approved...Got there, she tested drive her vehicle. She wanted it he had the banks approval. Got our loan we was out. It was also awesome that the had an area where a 3 year old could play and have snacks without bothering the parents when we were signing the papers!!! No other dealership had that that we have seen for those who have kids...loved it because he played the whole time without bothering!!!
