My husband and I went to Kona recently. We walked on the street that called Alii Dr and found the best of coffee at the Kona Coffee Café. We purchased five pounds of peaberry dark 100% pure Kona coffee. It was very smooth and delicious. We'll continue to order the dark roast when we run out. By the way. The staff was pleasant and very informative about Kona coffee.

We found the Kona Coffee Cafe while looking around in the shops. They were very friendly and helpful, but not pushy. Since I like really bold, dark roast coffee, I LOVED the Peaberry Dark Roast. It is true what they say, it is NOT bitter or acidic like most of the bold roast coffees I've had, including Starbucks Sumatra. Needless to say, we got a LARGE order that they broke down into five packets, some ground and some beans, and the free shipping was so nice! It arrived the week after we got home, just as promised. It is now my favorite coffee. It is nice that you don't need to use as much coffee each time you brew; one or two teaspoons per cup is great! I will undoubtedly order more in the future.
