I parked and thought we would pay after so when I got back to my car I had a parking ticket. I called the office and spoke to Jazmin who only charged me what was due. Clearly their customer service was great and that's how I would have handled the same situation. They could have just charged me the full $40 which is my reason for giving them 5 stars. I'm sure I will read the signs and pay for parking in advance next time.
