Having focused essentially on hot yoga at a couple of studios, Konalani Yoga Ashram was, for me, a blissful introduction to a much truer sense of what yoga is about. Compassionate, caring teachers who really care about each student they have. They offer teacher training but also daily classes, which I attended. I was truly treated as special a student as the students who were there for several weeks as teacher training students.
I cannot adequately express my happiness at having found Konalani Yoga. Sadly, my weeks in Hawaii are limited but I will return next year.
