I set up a appointment to see a property that I was interested in renting. I noticed that their website didn't have a street in the address and went to their office to find out the actual address of the property that I was interested in. It was then that I was told that the property had already been rented and that I shouldn't go to my appointment. No call to inform me of what had transpired, no notification. This happened less than an hour before my appointment. Unbelievable.

This company is very unprofessional, I tried multiple times to contact them via email and phone to view a property I was interested in for a few weeks. They never answered their phone and the one email I received stated they would be showing the property the following week and would be contacting me. I was never contacted and continued to try to reach them via phone the week they were to show the property. I finally reached them today and was told the viewing had already taken place and they had several applicants and we're not accepting any more. When I questioned them when I was not contacted for the viewing they responded with ,"you know it is what it is".
If I could have given them a zero rating I would have!
