I cannot say enough about how lucky I have been for past 5 years that Wilma of Walker Gilmore has handled my tax returns. She is brilliant, prompt, and extremely friendly to the point where I consider her a dear friend. (Even though I have never seen her outside her office.) I will be crushed the day she decides to retire but I know few people about whom I would be more delighted when she does retire. She deserves a lifetime of health, happiness and outdoors. She loves hiking and adventure and I love hearing about her world travels. He prices are less than half of H&R Block where I was going for years. This is a STELLAR woman on every level.
She is rude. She stated that she does not accept new clients and after I asked her if she had any recommendations for another Tax Preparer she said, "no i dont, good bye" and hung up. I was recommended to use her from a family friend and after my encounter not only do I not want to use her, but I am amazing that anyone would want to deal with someone who conducts business like this.
