I came here for a full set and Hannah was AMAZING! She was so kind and gave me an awesome manicure! She even gave me a little “Black Friday Deal” and gave me this cool glitter cat eye on my ring finger! It was also very clean! Next time I’m in Kona I am booking another appointment!
Made an appt for a full and pedicure. When I arrived, pedicure was completed then I was told to wait an hour for a backfill. Very disappointing since I made an appt and drove from the Mauna lain resort 30 minutes away. The shop seems very disorganized and appts mean nothing.
This is my FAVORITE nail place! The ladies are creative and do a really good job - they serve you wine! They are the best! The atmosphere is pleasant and clean.
I went in for a pedicure, and they sat me in a broken massage chair. When I got up to leave after they said they didn't have anymore, they moved me to one just vacated--it had a pillow on the back. The guybrudely told me to remove it, since I wanted to feel the massage. Little did I know, all of the cushion in the back of the fair was worn down. I literally had scrapes and bruising on my back from the chair when I got home. I was never offered any of the complimentary drinks, and my polish was given away to another client while I was sitting in foot bath. No apologies, nothing but more wait time in a dangerous chair. I still tipped 20 percent, bit I've told everyone I know to never go to these rude, ignorant wastes of space.
Me and bestie went together had a great day of pampering qeeenie and kimmie and Mary. Made us so comfortable My best day off ever. Mahalo
