I arrived at the time my appointment was scheduled with the manager over the phone for a Saturday 8:30am full detail and he said it would take 3-4 hours. After 45 minutes of waiting I went to breakfast. An hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time I received a phone call saying they were open and ready for my car. I arrive and a 15 year old young man was there ready to fully wash, wax and fully detail my Nissan Juke. He was worried because his manager had called in sick and left him to do the job alone. I give the kid a chance and park the car for him in the washing bay because he is not old enough to drive yet. He said "I can drive but not without a licensed driver with me"
The service was not good. I had scheduled an appointment and it did not get into the computer. Also the wash job was not good on the outside. Did a poor job vacuuming left streaks on the windows. I will not return.
They were a little late getting my car in but after the time they spent on my car I can see why. they really take there time and clean that thing and make it look good didn't cost me much either. The cashier was nice and he made sure I was happy. Thank you

WORST PLACE EVER!! they Said the steam cleaning will take out the stains from the seats but NOPE, they also took 4 hours on the car & missed the middle compartment , RIDICULOUS.. I called THE "MANAGER" & told him about it & he hangs up on me.. water spouts are still on the car window, polish still showing on car .. HORRIBLE SERVICE
