Yes very friendly and personable, but Sarah misrepresented their capabilities on an engine clean.
Some of the clowns that give 1 star without a stating a reason need to be deleted from this rating system. And the people hating and complaining, sometimes the problem is you! They do great work! I've had 2 of my cars done by them and I was very happy with the results :) I also had headlight restoration done back when they did that service, headlights looked brand new!
I will never go to them again!
I recommend customers get any verbal estimates for specific cleaning, detailing challenges formalized in writing - before deciding to use their service.
I've gone here a few times, and the owner is nice, but the woman at front is not! Most recently I had expired registration, so got safety, then DMV, then back, same day. But long wait... It should have been easy and quick, but I sat in their lobby 5 times for over a 1/2 hour to have them just give me the tags, as already checked! Which I explained each time. So finally I went in again this morning and sat for almost an hour... to have her tell me today that I only had a month to get the tag from her.
Sadly they refused to take responsibilty for the 'miscommunication' and to reimburse.
This was clearly requested and needed to trace unidentified oil leaks.
I was referred here by a friend, whose vehicle always looks great. I have been wanting to get my car detailed for a while now and finally made an appointment. I'm glad I did. I could not be happier! They did a great job! My car looked brand new when it was done. Great customer service too. I will definitely be coming back!
In discussion with operating personnel, she specifically agreed to remove buildup of grease and dirt from Underneath the engine. After the cleaning and accepting my payment we learned this proved beyond their scope. They lack a hoist or way to work the undercarriage.
