It's ok I can never find what I like in the clothes 2x for women ugh but everything else is an eye pleaser.
This store should pay more attention to the kind of people they hire, including floor managers. I lady in line in front of me returned an item, with the tags still intact, and I wanted to buy the item right there. The cashier said "it won't be put back on the floor until later on" and when I asked for the manager he said the same thing! I was like are these people stupid? Here I am, wanting to buy an item at the store, and they are telling me to come back later because they are too lazy to move ot from the returns bin to the shelf?! Congratulations Ross Dress for Less, you just lost a customer. I can't stand people who try to say no 100 times before being forced to say yes, especially in a retail business.
One who counts the items and the other who can run the items back and forth- if you're like me trying on clothing is a chore. I'd rather not have to get fully dressed just so I can exchange the amount of items so I can try on the other items. At times this makes me purchase less-
Great selection when they have new stock. The fitting room should have another employee. I don't understand why they count the items if all their items have security tags.
This place was nice and great that it exists at Hawaii. Parking is plenty and cloth collection was good. We found Hawaii collection and any one who hasn’t packed much clothes for Hawaii should visit here. We got good deals and no compromise in quality.
this Ross store was nice. the staff were friendly and helpful. greeting people who came in. I will shop here again.
