If you have a choice to go to ANY other Doctor, do not go to this facility. I've gotten the run around from Betsy Fryer and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I went in a for a physical and she prescribed me a medicine but forgot to send it, then it took me about 2 weeks to get my blood test results back when it was only supposed to take a couple days. She then said that she would CALL me with a referral to a doctor that I need to see but never called me and I called and called her office for 2 MORE weeks only to find out that they sent it to an incorrect address. Due to school starting again, I have to leave for Oahu already which means that I would have to make the referral out to a doctor on Oahu. The only thing that they told me is that they do not know any doctors who can help me with my case on Oahu and if I need a referral, I will have to seek them out myself. NO help whatsoever and took about a month for something that could have been done in a week.
Beautiful facilities
I love Dr. Elizabeth Fryer! She is a kind, loving, and caring person! 4 out of my household has her as our family Doctor! She is on it with whatever our needs may be! The staff that works along side her are also great! I feel very comfortable going to this facility and yet I don't like to see doctors at all!
Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism or concern for their patients. I traveled three days in a row to attempt to aleve my pain from a broken tooth that turned into a abcess and puss pocket, yucky, from bottom of Napoopoo Rd into town, I was at fault on Monday, not open for emergency, I came back Tuesday to a full room, at 7:30 am, it is first come first serve for three hours. I filled out paperwork and was asked to come back tomorrow at 7:30-8am and I'd be seen for sure, if I made it by 7:30. I show up at 7:30, sit outside locked doors till they open at 8, and I'm one of two people there. At 2 minutes to 8am someone comes out to put up a sign saying there's a staff meeting, not open till 10am!!? What?? That wasn't there yesterday, nor was it there at 7:30am, and I was TOLD to return at 7:30am yesterday? If there's a staff meeting this would of been known by all staff in advance so they could attend. Yet I was told to come back. Human error? Probably, but this cost me more than u realize. And for the snobby lady who couldn't even open the door to talk to me shows how little they care about patients or even just people.This was a HUGE inconvenience to me, and for your staff to not even care or even attempt to fix or help in anyway? Why couldn't I be seen after staff meeting? Now they say come back tomorrow again, waste more gas and daycare money and time to HOPEFULLY be seen? And I'm supposed to trust them? SMH! Very unprofessional, no aloha at all, and just plain out rude and inconsiderate. I feel if your going to open a business to the public and offer your services for charge that there are standards for said business and this one has NONE. Very disappointed!!! And still in pain... I gotta now pay 130$ more to go to another emergency dental appointment that I wish I would of just done on the first day... I guess when I choose the lowest dirt level businesses, that is the level of service I will get in return.... It's too bad they couldn't just have ANY level of communication and this probably wouldn't of cost ME so much time and money.
