According to their pricing and my receipt, we were charged 19% sales tax! Kona Sales tax is 4%. Their math is way off. I mentioned it once, they voided, and re re-rang the sale. 1st time was 20% they took 50 cents off. Ended up paying the 19% tax rate cause I just didn't want to argue it. Just don't understand why they don't just adjust their pricing. Taste was good at least....not 19% good

Walked in and we're ignored. Looked over the ice-cream counter and noticed the ice-cream had a dried out skin--not many takers I guess. No wonder when the person working there is too busy ignoring customers.
A little factory store, but worth finding for pints and gallons. Kona coffee and coconut almond fudge are great!
