I really enjoyed this place. Nam (he's a 26 yr old guy) is absolutely great!! He takes the time, he's very considerate, and is great at making sure your comfortable. Also, to top it off, this place has complimentary beverages, including WINE!!
The people are kind and polite. Our nails are beautiful. My daughter and I enjoyed a mani and pedi. The only reason it's not a 5 is communication was a little difficult.
me my mom and my sister went in for pedicures and me and my sister got manicures as well. everything went smoothly for my sister and mom, but I got the owner and she did a horrible job on my mani and pedi. I had paint all over the skin of my toes and she was going to leave it till I asked for it to be removed. when she was trimming my toe nails she cut so deep that she made my middle toe bleed and it hurt so bad not for just that day but the last 4 days of my vacation. my manicure was just as bad as paint job as my toes and she went to try and fix it but just left the edges of my nails unpainted and thick spots of nail Polish else wear. I was so disappointed as it was a mother and daughter day and my nails looked like crap and my toe throbbed in pain from being cut. please don't waste your time unless u want a crappy nail job and have to pay full price for it. I was very disappointed as it was suppose to be a treat while we were on vacation but turned into a painful nightmare for the rest of my trip
Be careful who you get your nails done by!! I’ve come here a handful of times and I really wish I didn’t have to write this review, but I just got the worst set of nails I have EVER had. The lady who did my nails took and hour and a half and did not know how to use her own products. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

This place is by far the best nail spot in Kona. Great prices and friendly people. They offer free champagne and other refreshments. My nail technician was Nam. He gave me a wonderful foot massage, and he even added hot stones.
