And they were efficient, and I got the next haircut and it was just what I expected and the hairdresser was pleasant and fast.
Being 47 years old now figuring around an average of 1 hair cut a month during my life, that comes to 547, 548 happened today. Worst experience in 47 years. The lady took time to ask for time off in the middle of the haircut! And then comtinued the butchering. I was just happy to get out of there. Thank god she is not a surgeon!
I came in at 7:40 pm. I was the second in line... there were only two stylists. They took care of the customers in front of me and finished in 13 minutes.
When I visit Kona, I get my pixie cut here, every time. Mid morning today, a Monday, I walked in and even though the two haircutters were busy cutting other people’s hair, I was greeted and told what to expect- essentially that two others had appointments but if they weren’t in by the time they had an opening, that I would be next .
The only place I get my haircut at. My stylist kills it everytime and is very patient with me. She is always up to the challenge of how precise I want my haircut. The other stylists also perform well, as I take my son here to get his fresh cut.
Some other guy came in (friends with the guy stylist) and the lady stylist had appointments she was taking care of. The guy stylist took over an hour and forty minutes on cutting and shampooing a guy without an appointment.... it's past closing time and I'm still waiting for my haircut..... I have an important meeting tomorrow I wasn't expecting my wait to be 2 hours long.
If you're in Hawaii and looking for a good haircut, please don't go to this place!! There's this lady who seemed super nice with short hair and various colored hair that made by experience horrible. I asked for something and she gave me a totally different result. My haircut looks funny and not only that, she was proud of what she'd done. Never gonna go to this place again unless I'm able to choose who I want my hair to be cut by. My family members have also had a bad time with her because she always cuts way too short. Hopefully this lady sees this and tries to improve her way of cutting because if this continues it can be bad for the company.
