Sears sold me an LG that has been nothing but problems, and when I call to find a solution they basically just kick the can down the road (to the Hilo office, to the manufacturer etc) and defer responsibility. This business is not accountable for the products they sell - they were very nice when they sold me the unit but horrible to deal with after. I am writing a letter to their corporate headquarters to let them know how I feel. But I would give this outfit an F-
