Do not purchase Rigid products from Home Depot they do not offer their customer satisfaction guarantee on any of their products and refuse to take them back even after 2 days of purchasing the item. I will be sticking with Lowe's from now on.
Has everything you need to fix or pretty much build a house or whatever your project is. Staff is around not down every isle so if you have a question go find one and they will help, easy check out with self service or attended. Special prices weekly and weekly dyi classes usually. Nice outdoor section for your projects in the garden. Prices are typical and you can place orders to be shipped some from the mainland take longer. Good place to go and common as any other home depot. Aloha

Found a garden stake on clearance for $2.47 and it rang up as $0.01 in the self checkout. The cashier steps in and says “we can’t sell anything that rings up as one cent”. Mind you it was the only style they had for sale. Rather than correcting the sale, she pointed to a corner with several other garden stakes just like it that she “couldn’t sell for the same reason”. Very very poorly managed store. Nothing but problems. Save your sanity and choose one of the other home improvement stores in Kona.
Lame unmotivated staff, Alvin the manager couldn't even come out of the office to help a new employee that kept calling for help. This store is in total disarray since Jack, the old store manager moved. The staff seems like they don't really want to be there or help there fellow employees. My company spends over $40,000 a year in this store and I have watched it go down hill over the last couple years. I will start going to Lowes more often, nicer staff and more organized store shelf with clean look.
