Wally is great, so knowledgeable, and yes the optical shop is busy but they have a "take a number" system that works well. I would recommend them for sure. Good selection of glasses, fast in getting them back.
The optometrist was great, but the optical shop was horrible. Samples were filthy, service was lousy.

They needed to call the lab to see if they could make my prescription in the frames I selected....said they would call me. Never heard a word. Went to a local shop in Kona and had the work done.
