On my second try, they finally had some fish left! The food is soooo freaking delicious and worth the wait. Seaweed Salad, Crab Salad and Wet Hawaiian were my favorites.
We went every lunch after we discovered the place. Cannot recommend it enough!
I stopped in here for lunch with my boyfriend and was so happy with the poke that we got. We did a combo where we got to choose 4 types of poke and 2 sides and shared it. Everything was so fresh and the options we could choose from were great! The woman behind the counter was so friendly and I really enjoyed talking with her and getting recommendations of things to do around town. You can park along the street or right in the parking lot if you grab your food quickly. Highly recommend this place.
I stopped by here on December 5 for a poke bowl. I paid with a $100 bill and only got $4 and some change back. I realized this at my next stop and by the time I got back at 5:38pm they had already locked the door and the person inside wouldn't talk to me despite the listed closing time of 6pm. If a manager is reading this, check your security cameras from December 5 between 3-4 pm. I was in a dark blue shirt and yellow hat. You will see the lady put my $100 in the far slot of the register and only give me $4 and some change back. I share some responsibility for not noticing immediately because she was talking with me, but theft is wrong. Shame on you.
I am from Vancouver and we get treated very well when it comes to sushi, but Da Poke Shack tuna is at least twice as good as any restaurant up here.
Best poke on the west coast!
Very casual, take out place. We visited many local poke places while on vacation and this was the best. No dining here except for an outdoor picnic table. Go at least one hour before they close because they tend to run out of some styles. Great Poke!
If you want choices (or anything at all) make sure to get there before 11 or they may run out of fish!
