Pretty sweet place if you are looking for a meal on a budget while traveling the big island.

I only visit Taco Bell during times of deep inner turmoil and personal despair. Maybe once a month, in that moment of spiritual weakness, the appeal of a Chalupa becomes irresistible. I am drawn through those glass doors, each time I briefly catch the soul-less gaze of eyes I can barely recognize, in my own reflection. Ordering my Chalupa is a painstaking cycle of acceptance and denial, for whose fault is this transaction but my own? The food is gone as fast as it is prepared, but the void in my heart and the longing for fulfillment in my stomach persists indefinitely. When I am leave I am always dissatisfied and disappointed in myself for sacrificing my dignity in the name of a craving. But alas, Taco Bell, in one month's time we will reunite and this timeless ritual will continue throughout eternity.
Food is meh as far as fast food goes and the drive through line is SO long. We waited for twenty minutes and only 1 car got served in that time. Went inside to order instead and everyone was just walking around, doing nearly nothing.
Since i moved to Kona early this year, i have been to taco bell about 10 times, and EVERU SINGLE TIME, drive-rhru or dine-in, at least 10-20 minutes wait time for food. These guys ARE IN NO RUSH to make your food... NO RUSH. pathetic.
