Overall the place is just fine if you DO NOT have children. I'm not sure why they have a kids pool area. This place is better for adults and teenage children only. Unless of course they want to have fun outside.
So many people your bound to step on a toe regardless of how carefully you step.
Kids are not allowed to play or socialize outside of the pool area. The common grounds are not meant for any kind of socializing. Kids can play on the Lanai only. I was threatened with a $50 fine if my children are caught playing outside by my front door.
Great location... but beware of the pool police. If you have children, make sure all they do is stand still in the kid pool area. No Marco Polo, no being loud, no jumping running or splashing. No balls or other fun pool toys. I understand some of this is for safety. But kids are loud when they have fun. They are not permitted to be loud so good luck having fun. I was scolded for watching a Youtube video on my phone. "NO MEDIA DEVICES OR RADIOS ALLOWED IN THE PUBLIC RECREATION AREA!", he said. I was the only person there and it was one video and it wasn't even loud.

Very clean with strong house rules. Bottom units have Nice courtyards. Good location.
