We come here for lunch and was served by a lady named Stephanie horrible service , talked down on us like we wasn't from here when I AM acted like she was top boss the food is way over priced and I believe NO one with that type of attitude should be working here in Hawaii we ain't like that I'd get a good slap from my parents if I talked to others that way so for her to be representing my culture like that is sad! They really need to do something about this place we would hate for people comming to Hawaii to have such an awful experience like that .... Hawaii certainly is changing horrible horrible horrible
Lady at the counter was really rude. It is a monopoly and tehy know they can get away with it.
Very rude employees, they just do not care. Fried rice was the only thing pass-able as food. The rest was way over price. Buy the airlines food, you will have better luck.
A rude employee and an even ruder assistant manager. Not surprised when I checked here to see it has a 2.2 rating. My wife was carrying a week's worth of frozen breast milk and we needed some ice to keep it cold during our flight. After explaining the situation to the assistant manager he offered two scoops of ice. I asked if I could buy more. I asked if I could buy 20 drinks just for the ice. He refused every offer. My wife went in and asked herself, and the bar tender put a tiny cup of ice on the counter. This repeated until my wife gave up, with the manager looking on with disapproval. I asked for a number to complain (about their policy, not about the employees), and they made a move toward the bag and threatened to take their ice back. Unbelievable. I was seriously considering buying their freezer full of ice cream. Instead we left and decided to risk the milk with what we had. If you need ice, don't forget to buy a bag like we did; you can only get a little inside the airport and that only after dealing with some irrationally stubborn employees. This was a weird situation. Can't comment on the quality of food. I'm just frustrated with how we were treated.
Unfortunately one of the few places to get a bite after passing through security. No hot/grill items until after 10 AM so offerings prior are an array of unappetizing prepared and processed foods. $8 for a bottle of water and a prepackaged muffin. Only redeeming quality is that's it's air conditioned in the otherwise open air airport.
