A typical McDonald's. It is clean, efficient and fast food. The good thing however, it is Kona, Hawaii! The staff are always warm and friendly! They are always eager to please!
Reasonable McDonald's. Newer building, quite spacious and has a patio. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean, and service wasn't particularly fast. Expectations should not be too high, but it was an average McDonald's experience at best.
Most disorganized mc Donald's I have ever been at and SLOW. Took almost 15 mins to get two egg McMuffin sandwiches from the time of walking in. Just go to big island grill across the street. They are friendly.
This is the best McDonald's I've been to on this island they I have never messed up one of my orders and the food has always been great. Unlike the kealakekua McDonald's that I wouldn't suggest anybody go to the McDonald's in kealakekua messes up my order 4 out of 5 times and ketchup fingerprints on the upper bun of plain sandwiches are common practice there also the buns are usually dripping from Grease. I'm not sure why they can't get it right I've seen many new employees my guess is it's the management there but basically to sum it up avoid kealakekua McDonald's at all costs and if you're ever downtown Kona stop by the McDonald's down there they are great
I like McDonald's but the ones in Kona are always busy due to being short handed. They work hard and give great service though the wait can be a bit lengthy
