Very nice store clean and organized. Great customer service. The store itself has a stale smell to it.
I went to Macy’s-Kona today and walked in 4 different departments, passed by the cashier counters and all and not one employee acknowledged me. No one said hi and no one asked if I needed help. When I was shopping in a particular department, there was no one at the counter and I needed help checking out. Little did I know, there were two employees walking around the department but I didn’t know they were workers. I thought they were customers because I walked passed them twice and they didn’t say anything. I had to ask the woman stocking items for help. I believe she works in the back and only brings out the new items. I’m not quite sure. Definitely not a good shopping experience.
I've shopped here before but this day my wife was shopping. Very nice place to shop lots of deals this time of year.
Love macys! Small shop, good stuff though... they only have space for the good stuff! (Pretty much)
