We really like this Target store. The exterior is nice looking. Inside it is clean, and contains an amazing array of items. It is well laid out and fairly easy to navigate. There is a Starbucks inside as well as a small Pizza Hut business. Pharmacy, food, clothing, housewares, personal hygiene, etc. - you name it, and they seem to have it. Located just off the Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway - easy to get to.
Nice place to pick up gifts for friends. Rather than pay more than double for similar items in stores all over Kona, visitors might as well as pick up gifts from here to take back to the mainland. There is a gifts section next to the entrance so visitors can't miss it. Nice place to pick up Hawaiian clothes as well. There is a Starbucks as well where I spent time while my wife was shopping.
Target has the very best price on items I buy and there is always a team member that is right there for you and of course the wonderful attitudes and smile at checkout are awesome. I am always pleased when I go shopping. God bless all target employees.
This Target in Kailua-Kona is a wonderful place to shop! It has fresh produce, a great deal of it is from the island. Clothing, automotive, jewelry, games, luggage, home products, beauty supplies, small appliances, and more. It is my belief that it a cut above Wal-mart and the K-mart. Both of those stores are here in Kona but I personally feel that Target has a bit better quality of items than their competitors.
Using its Asia connections, I've seen how "W" tries to be an "eBay" light..but poor stocking and warehouse to store shipping keeps them from being effective. So I went to Target stores online and I thought I would find similar attempts maybe better because Target is a better story than the other one. However, when I got online I saw you had nothing pardon me but how stupid is your management at the corporate level?
"W" drops the ball and you guys watch it roll off court?
