Repairs are very reasonably priced and that I can talk to a nice person face to face if I need anything is very important. I can trust Falcon will take care of me personally and treat me like friend not just a voice on the phone (they give great advice on the phone though too). They have a delivery service also in case you cant get to the shop to pick up . Beware that Falcon Hilo is NOT the same people but named their shop the same to run on Falcon Kamuelas great reputation. For great service and prices Go to the Kamuela/ Waimea shop.
The employees were extremely helpful and solved my problem very quickly. I got what I needed for less than $50!

I have bought 2 computers here at Falcon in Kamuela/Waimea and have sent my friends and family to buy here also. They make custom computers with quality parts that have individual part warranties as well as a shop guarantee that matches the name brands. They are priced about the same as the cheap Costco system but MUCH better.The people in the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. I can always trust that I am getting the best deal and I love having a local shop in case I have any questions or issues,
