This is an excellent store! The staff who greeted me was so friendly and helpful, resolved the issue with my mac perfectly and quickly. I would highly recommend coming to this store for any mac related issues.
These folks are great. I was only in the area for two more days when I need their help. They got right to work and had my computer ready to go in just a few hours. Thanks, Quentin.
I would not recommend this store in Kona simply because the OWNER was not helpful at all when I called. She was short, said they were all busy, "if this is a tech question they cannot help me." I told her it was not and I would rather one of the gentleman help me instead of her because he gave me excellent service at my 2 visits prior (purchased a used macbook pro and repaired an older laptop). She repeated herself and would not refer me. So I told her, that is why I did not want her to help me because of her service so she hung up on me. Well, it turns out that she IS the owner of all of the MAC MADE EASY in the state. That is Too bad because another friend of mine recommended I go to MAC MADE EASY. My purpose was to shop in Kona for a Mac Book Air 13 inch, or older version of MacBook Pro for my High school grandchild who lives on Oahu.. My thinking was to purchase it here and for my grandchild's ease, arrange for her to pick it up at a MAC MADE EASY store on Oahu. Well, it seems Betty is so busy that my one sale is not as important as one who purchases thousands of dollars of Apple Computers from her. As for me, this is not the kind of business we want in our community. She was so unprofessional. If she was a regular employee she would have been fired 10 times over. As a resident from birth, No, I will not refer anyone to her store!!! Too bad, the employees are great. She is not!!
