The customer service at Nail Tech is the worst I have ever seen in my life. So this morning I went to get my nails done on a walk-in are welcome. I called before I left they said they were open for walk ins. so I left got there at 11 am . a man greeted me asking what I needed . I let him know I needed a pedi-cure . he said I would have to wait come back at 1:30 . I said are you sure . he said No. So I left thought about it .I Called back gave me and appointment for 2pm. so I arrived at 1:40pm so I could see if I could early. When I arrived the man and woman were arguing with a lady about the service she got. the lady paid $70.00. The service was bad and wanted them to fix it. they argued for about 7 min. then went to a bay to wait to get it fixed. the lady looks at me and says you pay $70 you should get what you paid for I said Yes. this couple walks in and asked for a pedi he said you have to wait till 4:30. the couple looked at me asked if I have been here before .I said no .I explained to them I came in at 11 . And they said you haven't been waiting all this time , I said no .I left did errands and came back.. the man that worked at the nail tech. started Yelling at me . asking why I had a bad attitude and Talking bad about them. I said I wasn't . He kept yelling. The Lady who was there first arguing with them Said you did here what that Girl (me) said to anyone. so she yelled at him.I He then said I am sorry if I am wrong. yeah he was completely wrong ...... IF I DIDNT DESPRITLY NEED MY NAILS DONE .I WOULD HAVE WALKED 4 MILES TO THE NEXT PLACE TO GET THEM DONE. " THEY WERE BOTH RUDE POOR ASS CUSTMER SERVICE. " I never have expericed any thing like I did today. So in short. NEVER EVER GO TO NAIL TECH IN KEAUHOU PLAZA! Nikki
