I would encourage those looking into a treatment program for a family member to consider HIR. Our 24 year old was struggle with alcohol and it was tearing our family apart. Jimmy was such a great support system and continues to be a huge piece of our sonʻs journey.
I attended HIR for 45 days as a client, and I found it extremely beneficial for getting and staying sober. The therapists there are some of the best I have ever encountered. Not only is the addicition addresses but the underlying causes. The emphasis on health and recovery allowed me to heal, understand and learn what I would need to maintain sobriety. The program heavily incorporates and promotes going to 12-step programs and to meetings (both AA and NA) which was very important. Further emphasis on and participating in other activities (eg. exercise, yoga, excursions) were very helpful, allowing us to have fun and laugh in sobriety. The residence is beautiful, the food very good and the staff helpful, supportive and mostly friendly. Note: It must be difficult for staff at times to be around newly recovering alcoholics and addicts who can be emotional, wrapped up in selves, and certainly do not like any whiff of being told what to do. I know I probably was difficult at times. For me, there was magic there, and I returned home with a joy, contentment and commitment to sobriety that I have not felt in years. Friends and therapists at home have noticed the positive changes. I cannot thank HIR enough, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Please don't hesitate to contact me directly, if you would like to verify that I'm a real person and this opinion is my independent conclusion.
HIR has a deeply committed, genuine staff that provides a safe space to struggle through rehabilitation. There are many modalities offered to help heal the many issues that revolve around addiction. The organization feels well managed, professional and receptive to patient engagement. The only minus is that this program is heavily reliant on AA meetings and the AA program.
I can not begin to say enough good things, but he understand that this is a lifelong endeavor. Again, please know that there is help our there and HIR without a doubt is worth the time to check out.
$31,500 for 30 days. It's laughable that "quality" help costs this much. Completely unjustifiable.

As someone who runs a holistic addiction rehabilitation program, I trust the owners and management of this program to make referrals and to recommend this program to my clients and their families.
This was not easy for our son or for us as a family, however I can say that HIR saved our sonʻs life.
Warmly,
I'm leaving a review as someone who knows the founder of this program in the professional capacity. I can vouch for the fact that people who started and operate this program come from a place of integrity, compassion and empathy. There is no doubt in professionalism, ethics and exceptional level of dedication.
