Walked in with some pieces of glass from a window in our house that needed trimmed down because the house has settled over the past 40 years from earthquakes etc......... 15 minutes later walked out with the pieces cut as requested. Friendly people there, I've used them in the past as well, and will continue to do so.
I had the easiest experience getting a replacement glass cut from these guys. I accidentally gave them the wrong measurements the first time, and they were great about re-cutting the glass and having it ready quickly. Thanks so much!
