Quilt Passions is a great quilt shop in Kona.located near the pier and lots of great restaurants. The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable. With disappointment, I read several of the reviews. Mr. Host and one other customer do not seem to understand the quilting business. Having been a former shop owner, we all try to greet and please everyone who sets foot in our shops. It is not easy to decide how we choose to describe fabric kits. What is a kit? Pattern and fabric, yes. What is a Fabric Bundle? A fabric bundle is just what it says, a bundle of fabric without instructions. If a customer does not understand or get waited on immediately, it is the fault of the customer to "just assume" the store employees know that they are waiting for something. To all customers, remember this, if I dont know you are in a hurry, or that you do not understand a label, just ask. It never hurts to ask for assistance, a pleasant "can you help me,"' is much more appreciated than a rude remark.
