Ed and his helper came in with truck-mounted equipment and did a stellar job of getting the stains, dirt and smell out. He was very attuned to the tough spots, going over dirty areas several times.
I used Ed's Cleaning prior to move-in at my new office space. The space had been vacant for at least two years, so there was a lot of dirt and dust on the carpets. It honestly didn't smell very good either.
