The moving team was very respectful to me and the money I was spending to get my daughter back home. Her dream of living in Hawaii was complete. She eventually got tired of the island life. Her one bedroom which she had purchased furniture for over the years had grow in size and was too expensive for her to move on her own so I helped out. I proceeded with caution working with I love international because international movers are expensive. Their team was good with communication and following up with me as the days went by and the different stages of the move occurred. On move in day I met them in person and everyone was very friendly when entering my house. I had them rearrange a few things that I wasn't sure on placement but they didn't mind. Nothing was broken and we didn't have too many issues it just took some time to arrive.
I requested their service online and they returned my email within a day with lots of information. Very helpful on the packing side in the midst of some stressful times. I knew the price range already because I did some significant research. I was ready to pay the big bucks for this move but finding a company that deserved it was a big mission. I love International I saw had a few locations online with good things written by others.
Many companies out there try to do International movers but offer very poor service because of how complex it is to get these moves done right. I moved from HI to CA and this business did a great job of making it happen. They have another Location in LA that was able to set me up with a team to receive to the shipment bring it to my new address and help me unpack. There was almost no options at all for moves to Hawaii. I was starting to feel like having no options is a good sign that something bad might happen. So happy this business knows what they're doing. They've done the move to Hawaii a handful of times successfully which made me feel so much better after hearing that. Service was great and everyone treated me respectfully.
All the major shipping companies located on the island can only do so much before it gets really expensive and the quality starts to really lack. I'm talking about UPS, DHL express and the rest of the gang. I love international was good at shipping a bulk amount of things back home to my family in the states. Its typically the other way around with things being shipped to Hawaii so shipping from sometimes isn't as smooth. That wasn't the case with this company. They were eager and friendly to earn my business over the phone and got what I needed to states without damaging it. I followed up to my family that I shipping it to and they explained how it arrived without a hassle and the movers were nice.
The person I spoke to about my quote was very friendly and responded well via emails. Cool live chat feature. Just about booked my move right from the website. I spoke to a rep over the phone just for the final details. Full container load worked out best for my situation. Really can't think of much
to say on the negative side. This move was a breeze.
So my initial email was based off that. With the Lcl shipment I ended getting move I wanted done and saved a bit money as well. It did take awhile but communication was good and the staff was easy to work with.
