I moved from my old condo last month. I rented a truck, it went very smoothly. The counter was very helpful. I was glad I had a friend, who ended up renting it for me. I wish they might have suggested the dollies.
The GM was good as soon as I called her she came on her day off to resolve the problem. We didn't receive the vehicle we wanted and we're left in a bind it was so disappointing. The GM did apologize and was gracious enough to discount our rate, but it was such a bad experience I will NEVER go there again. Go to Harper or borrow a friends truck this place is TERRIBLE.
These folks go out of their way to give you what you need. Great staff.
Really horrible. They gave away our Uhaul pick up truck because we were a 1/2 hour late. The window before canceling a reservation is usually 3-4 hours per the GM. When we asked the staff if they had other options they became rude, unhelpful and completely dismissed us. One staff member in particular started mocking us and taking a video of us. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service and people.
Talk about going above and beyond. I never write reviews but I had such a great experience I had to share. I was cleaning out a place we are to move into in about a month and rented a large cargo van for the job. It was smooth picking up the Van and making the reservation. The real deal was while at the Keauhou transfer station my helper accidentally locked the power lock and all the doors closed locking us out of the Van. I called the Store here in town and they happen to have an extra key for that Van and only that Van. I was all smiles when the nice young lady who helped me the whole time showed up with the Key about 20 mins later to get us on our way. Thank you for everything. Aloha
