The workers were friendly and personable. However, they were evidently not properly trained and one of them picked up the pallet the wrong way , causing the package to fall, hit the ground and roll over.
They charged me what they were supposed to, delivered 2 uhaul pods down a difficult farm road and got two overweight containers to the ground without damaging my contents...including a motorcycle! Bravo. Thanks Dave n Kona Trans.
