Big Island Accounting has been a nightmare; one that you are not easily awoken from. If there was a way to rate this company zero stars, or negative stars even, I would have selected that instead. Lisa, who I believe runs this company, although you would never know it based on her impertinent demeanor, is keen to high levels of unprofessional engagement. She openly discusses her political position of electing Mr. Trump as president to her clients, among other stories she likes to waste your time telling. All while charging you to be in her presence. She will talk over you and roll her eyes as soon as you speak. She plays God in her office and no one is smarter than she. She constantly judges others, talks about her other clients, and name calls anyone who has crossed her
(she does this blatantly and through abusive emails). This business is plummeting quickly, for they cannot even properly retain documents and transactions. Since July, all of her employees have been fired or quit except one; her henchman. If none of this convinces you to go somewhere, anywhere, other than Big Island Accounting for any type of service based on the proposition that these statements are opinion based, go see for yourself. It is only a matter of time before she has another public mental breakdown.
