Great place exactly as advertised. Great bed. 2 pools. The one is right next to the ocean. You can see the ocean from balcony a bit even though you are back 100 yards or so. Kitchen furnished. Wifi and tv works. Gail is very nice. In morning you hear morning doves on balcony and shower was outstanding.
Nice condos on the ocean with both fresh water and sea water pools. Well maintained with nice grounds complete with BBQ and covered meeting/table area. Perhaps a bit heavy on the can & cannot "rules".
Nice condos full of families and quiet persons. Very close to Kona downtown. Two pools. Cheap if compared vs other more sophisticated places.
Again can't go wrong on this. We rented 325 apartment.
Even if the residence is close to all the amenities, we were placed in a dirty apartment, towels wet in the dryer, and the roof: an air conditioning that does not work, with a leakage of water on the ground. When I contacted them, they were not pleasant and told me to wait for the repair that would take place only around 7pm! They did not want to offer us other apartments under the pretext that the household was not made .... this explains that! In contrast the guardian is very kind!
I stayed there for two weeks while I was waiting for my condominium to be fixed and it's a bit run-down but it's in a great location but it's also near a liquor store so you should be warned
