Not rating Delta overall, usually have a good experience with flying Delta. This rating is specific to the Kona airport team. This particular team of ground attendant employees didn't show up until 3 hours prior to the evening flight, then proceeded to serve customers in whatever order they pleased. We were the 2nd customers in line and they utilized one attendant at a time, and somehow we were the last people checked in. They opened up a lane Beside us and behind us, and literally attended the last people who showed up first and the first people last. While smiling the whole time like somehow their terrible service was not their fault. Then they don't check your bags on the running belt beside them, they make you take them to a USDA line. While I cannot say they were flat out rude, they were unwaveringly uncaring.
