Best Airlines to fly!!!
Had a pleasant trip! We flied from Maui to the Big Island. We were in the air for only like 30 minutes. I was in first class, which is rare for me but despite the short flight I was given a biscuit and snack bag.
The worst customer service ever! Was giving us trouble with the dog carrier size even though this carrier was bought from one of the mainland airlines. The guy behind the counter wanted to see if my dog can stand up and turn around. We got my dog to turn around in his carrier several times. However, the guy behind the counter wanted to see my dog stand up and then slowly turn around. What! He thinks my dog is a kid that understands directions ?! So ridiculous!! And I'm paying for my pet. It's not as though I lied and say that this is my service dog. What a bunch of crock!
Hawaiian Airlines is the best airline in the United States, their staff is always friendly and the are always accommodating if you are in the military.
I only fly Hawaiian! The best hospitality ever!
