Excellent builder of quality homes! My wife and I just retired in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. After many years of research we recently discovered Holua Kai at Keauhou by Brookfield Residential. It’s a new single residential oceanfront community in the peaceful and historic Keauhou Bay area. Built with upscale higher quality material and standards with a Hawaiian plantation theme, the community seems to be designed for the ocean enthusiast. We fell in love with the one story Ehukai plan (Plan 3). At first we thought we couldn’t make it happen however the Brookfield management team of Ron H, lead sales manager, Dana S, sales/marketing administrator and John R, construction supervisor were terrific to work with. Ron is a positive and sincere manager we now consider a friend. What made us consider a Brookfield home was the design, quality of construction and attention to details. The Keauhou Bay area was icing on the cake. What other builders may take shortcuts on Brookfield Residential seem to take the higher road and looks for the best in long term quality and efficiency for the homeowner. We’ve been very impressed and are now one week in our new home…Mahalo Egen M, Senior Vice President and the Brookfield team of Hawaii…awesome!
