It's the best beach with sand in town ,we love it here!!
Great beach that is a rare find near Kona because the sand is actually sand and not rocky feeling. A couple decent little breaks nearby that are better for boogie boarding rather than surfing. If you are willing to swim out in front of the adjacent condos there is a gorgeous reef to view at higher tide
Best location on the island. Chose your unit carefully, they are individualy. Some are wonderfull and so need to be fefurbished.
Our stay on Kona was beautiful and our AirBnB was right beside Magic Sands beach, which is really awesome! You can snorkel out and see the Sea Turtles or Exotic looking fish swimming around the coral reefs! You won't be disappointed.
An older ocean front complex of mostly studio condos. The great part is the location next to Magic Sands beach. If your priority is beach life or body surfing it is excellent. The pool is ocean front and lovely too.
