Great experience with their new staff. Our flight was hours late and they were waiting there with a sign with our names on it to hop straight onto the shuttle. I also had a mess up on the way back and their driver remembered who we were and found us in the lobby of the hotel. He helped us have great service
Great customer service experience from Kona airport to Hotel. New car and very friendly staff.
Avoid.
And newly adjusted drivers phone number doesnt work.... cuz they dont feel like picking up phone....
But they will change your schedule to and make u go to airport 4 hours before.... the flight... to adjust their needs....
They were 30 minutes LATE to pick us up to get to the Kona airport........with no phone call in advance or at pick up time they were running late. We had to call and ask where they were (after being on hold for several minutes). Driver said he got lost/couldn't find address...Google and Apple maps accurately find house within Hualalai resort. oh, there is a staffed entry gatehouse that also has directions. they were just late and then didn't own it. Avoid

But I had a bad experience when I tried to reserve on the phone. The agent is impatient, and put me on hold for 3 times. So recommend to reserve on the website.
Horrible customer service, very unprofessional. Not worth your time. I turned to Uber.
