Most confusing public office building set up I have ever visited...I spent 15 minutes walking around the entire complex trying to find building D for social security...two employees (one laughed at me) just pointed in random direction as I asked for directions. There was a lady crying in the parking lot she was so confused couldn't find her building. IDK if I ever found bldg D as they were supposed to have video conferencing set up so no need to go to Hilo. But nope all they had was an aarp table set up for copies...put up some signs and get organized!
