Big Island Collision Center worked with me to promptly get my car back on the road. My "turtle" was pretty badly damaged by an elderly gentleman that sought to stop his vehicle by using my car! I had damage to all four of the panels on the drivers side. Big Island Collision worked with the insurance company to process my claim and fix my car. They even coordinated my use of a rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. Thank you BICC!
This Auto Body Shop is hands down the best. What makes it that way? The great Customer Service. Something that is becoming hard to get today. Jeff was a true professional that kept his word on all the repair details, time it would take and ensuring that the work was top notch. I am a stickler for details and for the first time I was not disappointed!! It's evident that this facility cares about their customers and their cars! Thanks for the great job on my MSP3. Duane and the crew over at BI Collision are GREAT! I dont usually take the time to leave a review, but these guys went out of their way to be nice and professional, plus they did a great job on my body work, and they even cleaned the car for me at the end. PLUS they had it done early. And again, they were all super nice though out the whole process. They sort of sweetened a sour situation... I hope to never have another accident, but if I do, I would not think twice about coming back here!
Duane, Johnny and their whole crew are top notch guys. They do exceptional work and they are very fair in their pricing. They are the only body shop on island that I trust all my trucks with. I own a custom Land Cruiser that is semi-famous on Big Island, and they did it. I have another truck in their hands now. 100% confidence in these guys!
