I thought this was a good company and the owner seemed like a nice guy until I called last month to service a window that I tinted A little over a year ago. I spent almost $600 on the windows and he said they were a lifetime guarantee. A tenant told me there was some bubbling on one of the windows and I called the owner to go there to check it to make an appointment. I gave him my receipt and he looked at my invoice and then he disconnected our phone call. I called him back and left a message and said we got disconnected and please call me back . He never has called me back and I Feel he hung up on me on purpose and just decided he did not want to go back and fix my problem. Unfortunately he’s not part of the Better Business Bureau so I can’t complain to the BBB but I am making this complaint to everyone now.
Best place in Kona to get your windows tinted they also carry a lot of WeatherTech and what okole products.
